1. General
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from the La Griffe online store at lagriffe.am. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them
2. Products
La Griffe sells clothing that it produces itself. The description, composition and care instructions are given on each product page. Colors on screen may differ slightly from those of the actual item
3. Placing an order
You place an order through the bag on the website, providing your contact details and delivery address. Our manager then contacts you to confirm the order, including the availability of the items, the final amount and the payment and delivery details. An order is accepted once our manager has confirmed it
4. Prices
Prices on the website are shown in Armenian drams (֏). The price of an item is the one shown on the website when you place your order. If the price of an item is not shown on the website, our manager will confirm it. The cost of delivery, where applicable, is confirmed separately
5. Payment
Payment options are confirmed by our manager when your order is confirmed. For details, see Payment
6. Delivery
Delivery is arranged individually once your order is confirmed. Its cost and timing are confirmed by our manager. For details, see Delivery
7. Ownership and risk
Ownership of the items, together with the risk of their accidental loss or damage, passes to you when the order is handed over to you
8. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled as described on the Returns & Exchanges page
9. Resolving disagreements
